Chocolate Coating Machine and Cooling Tunnel

Chocolate Coating Machine :

• A very well designed and efficent automatic machine, developed for all kinds of products to be coated with chocolate (biscuit, wafers, cake, halva etc.)
• Since the chocolate pouring and the wiremesh units are designed so that is easy to remove for the cleaning and maintaining of the mchine.
• The coating cabin is heated automatically.
• Chocolate is circulated from a stainless steel tank by means of a special pump.
• The chocolate quantity in the flowpan controlls automatically and with necessary you can transport chocolate from the feeding tank automaticly.
• The chocolate tank is made of stainless steel and has double jacket the feeding   tank is heated automatically with heated water circulation.
• Provided with stainless steel wiremesh. The belt speed can be adjusted directly from 2 to 7 m/min.
• After wish it's possible to make only bottom or top coating.
• The scraper system with 3 shafts at coating entrance.
• With an adjustable blower you can choose the thickness of the chocolate.

Cooling Tunnel :

• Tunnel panells are made ıf 304 Cr-Ni stainless steel.
• The construction is provided so, that can coold down the product both from bottom and top directly.
• In special situations, we can design a cooling tunnel with radiation cooling system.
• The ccoling tunnel is made of spare parts who makers it easy to carry and it's easy to access for cleaning.
• All the parts are double jacket and provided inside of high isolation abilities.
• The cooling tunnel machine group: we can design a machine provided with water or air cooling system after your wish.
• Band speed can be adjusted directly from 2 to 7 m/min.
• The cooling tunnel constructed so, that the sliding of the band controlls and corrects automaticly.
