STICK CRACKER

An stick craker system extruding the cracker dought in wick form. after the extruded dought wicksare immersed in a coustic bath made of stainless stell, are cut to suitable size and sprinkled with salt if a 32 m.  long tunnel oven is used for baking this kind of products,the capacity will be 330 Kg. stick crackers/hour.

STICK WAFERS OVEN

• This is a special produced by rolling on the band shaped wafer obtained by baking the spcial wafer dough on a drum with a  diameter of 2 m. and by injecting cream in the dought in the meantime

• Diameter of 10 mm. and a length of 100 mm is 150 wafers.

• The oven may be power or gas operated.

• Capacity: (For'10 mm. a diameter and 100 mm. lengt dimention is) 150 pcs/min.
