KNEADER:Produced for Wafer dough including a special mixing system. Fully made of stainless steel.

WAFER OVEN:

• Equipped with gas heating system. The plant has a special safety machanism.
• The oven has 36 moulding dies. Baking time is 2 to 3 minutes.
• The oven has a capacity of 600 sheets per hour.
• Cream applicators and cutters may be full automatic depending on your option.
• Gas spend 10 Kg/h.
