INSTRUCTIONS TO OPERATE THE COFFEE GRINDER

• Switch the grinder on. Manipulate the reel accordingly to adjust the grindstones for the required size of granulation.
• Shift the handle gently to gradually pour the coffee grains from the container into the grinding unit. For an efficient operation, you are strongly advised not to keep the size of the coffee outlet any greater than approximately 2 cm.
• Apply a tight adjustment where coffee grains are relatively thicker in size and release in where thinner and when smoke comes out the processing. After the required adjustment is completed to determine the size of granulation, the grinding process is there of actually started and continued.
• Stop the grinding process for 15 minutes following a continuous operation of 3 hours with a grinder having a single-phase electromotive power where as for the grinders having a three-phase power the limit for a continuous operation could be allowed up to 24 hours.

CAUTION: In case the actual size of granules deviates from that of the required while the grinding process is taking place, the coffee granules in the drawer that have already been grocessed should strictly not be directly dumped back into the unprocessed coffee grains in main container. If this condition is not met, a deviation from the adjusted standard size of granulation will be experienced due to the finer granules penetrating through and sticking onto the grindstones. The turbo grinders should be properly lubricated every 15 days.
