• The double-time role ststem provides command to Heating and Pneumatic system seperately. That time teflon cloth which on the sealing band lifetime increase thee times, cutting and sewing makes more yield and gets minimum loss.
• With the impuls sealing system, seling thickness increase to 3 mm and prevented to broke weight packages.
• Heating time is only 12 minutes.
• The Turbo air system is connected on side of machines. That provide   facilitate air circulation and quickly heats the tunnel. The tube resistances on the sides have three time lifetime than open-resistances.
• Adjustable output fan increases yield on contunously working.

• Operating capacity: Speed revolution adjusted between 600 and 1000 pcs/hour.

• It is 0.12 kW and has been driven by engine. The hot weathet circulation is driven by an engine of 0.12 kW - 2.700 rev/min. The resistance power of the machine is 7.8 - 11 - 7 kW. The system is fully automatic and can be connected to belt. The chasis is of baked, dye and resistant.
