For powder and Granule
Grained, granular and very stabilized powders which can flow by
the themselves, all types of dried fruits and vegetables are volumetrically weighed via
volume cabs (8 unit). The printed or non-printed, laminated lacquered, PE (polyethylene),
OPP (oriented polypropylene), cellophane, PVC, PET, paper or aluminum materials which are
placed to the machine as a single layer coil are used for producing sachets and these
sachets are automatically filled with the weighed material and closed. By interchanging
the neck tube device, you can use machine in 10-1000 gr weight and 40-200 mm width ranges
as capacity being 30-60 sachets min.
* The machine controls with PLC (Siemens or Telemechanique). Equipped with photocell
controlled and electronic speed control.
* The machine body painted double coat and double painted. All the surfaces which
material flows are stainless and surfaces which packing material works are eloksal coated,
all outdoor surfaces are chrome nickel coated, inside mechanical gears are phosphate
coated.

Vertical Packing Machine
This machines are especially designed for manufacturing of four side closed sachets in low
weight (1 - 50 gr) and filling them automatically.
When the machine is used in single and double lines, the capacity will be 60-120
sachets/min. Sachet sizes and package weights also vary accordingly.
With single line operation, fur side scamed sachef's maximum size can be 180 x 160 mm.
