  • Full automatic Heating System and Cooling exit system can be automatic and manual.
  • Heating system can be single or double speed engine.
  • Boiler sheet material is 316 LN non-rusted.
  • The system consists of three main groups: a welded sub construction, a working platform with two mixer vessels and the electrical panel.
  • Possible drive configurations are three phase AC motor with one or two speeds.
  • The mixing tool, continued by propeller like blades is connected to the flange.
  • Cylindirical form hot mixer is filled with heating resistance and cooling water is circulation in the cool mixer. For accelerating the cooling rings are constructed carefully in accordance to the international standards with high quality stainless  steel material and surface finish.
  • The material discharge throad is activated by means of a electro-pneumatic cylinder. Thermocouples mounted to the wall of the wixer vessel walls will conceive on the electrical panel mounted temperature control devices.
  • The hot-cool mixer can be operated in manuel, semiautomatic, automatic (for the batching cycle) and fullautomatic  (for sequential batching) control mode.
