     KGM belt conveyor rollers are ideal for use in most difficult and hard conditions. Superior sealing, high quality bearings and precision production give KGM idlers a good performance of 20.000 working hours.

     Maintenance free KGM idlers are designed for a long operation life. The bearings are protected, internally and externally with highly effective sealing system; behind the outer plastic ring is a low friction rubber lip seal which presses to a metal cap. Inside the metal cap, grease is filled to avoid penetration of dust. A non-contact triple labyrinth and a plastic lip isolates the bearing.
