Full Automatic Double Cube Sugar Wrapping Machine

• Fuly Automatic double Cube Sugar Wrapping Machine is designed for delivering the cube sugars to the consumer under mode hygienic conditions and manufactured by utilization of the latest technology. It has adjustment flexbility to allow cube sugar wrapping of various by changing the moulds.

• After the cube sugars to be packed are discharged into the vibrator arranged to suit cube sugar dimensions they are orderly aligned and forwarded by the vibrator to the input conveyor. Sugars transported to the input conveyor are checked by photocells and by monitoring the vibrator, maintainance of a fixed quantity of sugar on the conveyor is ensured.

• Rolled and outside surface printed paper is drawn from the roller by the machine, cut in preadjusted dimensions, glued and wrapped to the sugar of groups of two and dropped on to the conveyor. Heat and top pressing is applied to the packed sugar at the output conveyor and drying of the applied glue is ensured.
